Mr Farid ud din

It is noticed that you are trying to sale this plot for the last many years but failed. In fact you should understand the reality. This kind of plot fully paid in open market is available in 3.50 to 4 laks. why any body will purchase from you on higher price. Just demand according to the market to be successful.

Thanks

So, his demand should be like this if it is 3.5

Demand : 255,250.00
Payable to Bahria : 94,750.00

This is 7 marla plot ,not 10 marla plot.Looking at true markeet rates,Advisor is right.Selling price must be around 250,000 rupees.
Remeber, most of websites in Pakistan are being controlled by the real estate agents, who are putting a question with one name and answering their favourit answer with an other name.
This is a big crime.

I visited the customer care center at Lahore today. A couple of dealers flocked around offering upto 200K own for my 10M plot in C block, Phase 8.
Word is, there's going to be quite a bit of appreciate here. Good luck !!

I think people should be nicer with Farid ud din Sb, he is only asking for the money he has paid.
Farid ud din, See the Nazir Ahmed Sb's comments above, if you cannot ask for profit, in any case your demand is very legitimate.
