Does any body has information about OPF scheme announced in Zone V islamabad? How OPF is in delivering their promises or they are just like others trying to get money.

This scheme was launched in 1994. Ever since they had false starts of development every year. Their record on their other schemes is also pathetic.

Overseas Pakistanis contribte so much to the economy yet all Pakistani governments have ignored them completely. Very ungrateful!

Their web site says that 24 miles from zero point and 12 miles from Benazir Airport.

If yougo by the history of OPF, to tell you the truth, so many times the land has been acquired in the past by the OPF and after couple of years, when that very land becomes worth of some thing, the Minister incharge of the OPF would sell that land and money is donated by him for good reasons. This is ultimate fate of the land always bought for the OPF. I would suggest that you better buy a plot any where at Islamabad which you think is worth investing or for future dream house. I am afraid all these projects on paper will never see the day light. Choice is yours.
