Dear Brothers, I have started a five marla house in Lahore. Now we are at finishing stage. Kindly advise me what to do for Elevation (tiles or graphy and what are the prices). Two halls and rooms about 1200 sft area (marble or tiles, prices), five toilets and two kitchens(marble or tiles, prices).
I hope will get positive response, advices from my expert brothers.

my dear overseas pakistani, ur first question in which u ask about elevation purly depends upon ur design of the house and somehow also on ur taste i mean liking.
As for graphy is concerned the prevailing rate in the market are Rs 7-15 per sqft.but in my personal opinion u can make a good deal @ RS 8-10.
Today i himself finalised the graphy contract for my 1 kanal house in dha phase 5 @ Rs 80000/- lumsum. |

MY BROTHER AS FOR AS UR SEND QUESTION IS CONCERNED, AGAIN ITS UR PERSONAL PREFERENCE,BOTH OPTIONS OF TILES AND MARBLE ARE FINE.
I ALREADY PROVIDED INFORMATION ABT MARBLE IN MY LAST POST.IN UR CASE IF U GO FOR TILES, THEN ONE THING U SHOULD TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THAT ASK THE SHOP KEEPER FOR PROCLEAN TILES , NEVER EVER USE THE CEREMAIC TILES ON FLOOR. THEY WOULD BREAK WITH THE PASSAGE OF TIME.CEREMAIC TILES ARE MEANT ONLY FOR WASH ROOMS.
ACCORDING TO THE MARKET TREND ,TILES WITH MATT FINISH ARE MOST COMMON AND COLOUR SCHEME IS BEIGE.I PERSONALLY DONT LIKE MATT FINISH IN TILES, SO ITS COMPLETELY UPTO U. |
