Ms Adeeba, altogether you will have to deposit around 140000 Rs.This includes Rs for the map if one needs Bahria to finalize the map, around 60000 Rs, to get it approved from the relevant authorities, and rest is for utilities and demarcation,etc.Further as per Bahria standards one needs to leave a space measuring 10 feet each on front and back of the house and 5 feet on one side.Also main door should not be higher than 6 feet and DPC can only be 1 foot higher than the road level.There can'nt be any construction above the garage as well.
