AOA,
I need to know, is there construction standard set down by DHA, especially in terms of no. of construction of number of rooms on each floor?
I need to construct my home, but not sure if I need to buy a plot in DHA or elsewhere, as I need to make atleast 5 rooms on 1st floor and 4 on 2nd.
Is there any one who can give me an advise?

Construction byelaws are very strict here in Dha. on the first floor u can only construct 2027sqft area and in this pescribed area u would not be able to construct five bedrooms on first floor, if u would be doing so , they become very much congested.
personally i think that although byelaws r very stricted here in dha , but they are benefical in a manner that u see that all houses here have standard height, and these things are considered very important internationally in townplanning. |

I guess,we need to stay within there area requirement bylaw, but we can have our own layout. |
