Dear all I've got 2 pairs of one Kanal each for sale in Aitchison Staff Housing Society. Society location is very good, between Raiwind Road and Expo Center(Johar Town) however development standard is low, that's why a 2 Kanal plot is available for only 50~55 lacs.

Wikimapia map showing no development at all, r you sure its a society?

The price you asked is not below market, its a bit higher!! No direct access, from any major road, no gas, not much development, i guess u can get a cheaper 2 kanal in nawab town. How come you called it cheaper?
