I am interested to construct a 5 marla house in Bahria town Lahore.your plot price is 12 lakh and what will be the total cost of double storey 5 marla house with european style bath and kitchen.

Kashif sahib can you tell if Bahria managemant allow house map from out side architect and pass it or do you have to pay bahria to make the map of your house.

Dear Aslam

Bahria will charge Rs 45,000 both for drawing and approval ( Rs 30,000 for approval & Rs 15,000 for drawing).You can save Rs 15,000 only by preparing drawing from an outside architect but you cannot waive Rs 30,000 as an approval fee. This information is only for 05 marla construction & for 08,10 or 01 kanal houses rates are higher.

Dear Kashif
you have told me the total cost of 5 marla house in bahria is 29.5 lakh what will be the estimated total cost of 8 marla double storey house with same european style bathrooms and kitchens.
