I'm visiting lahore in few days but i don't have pakistani driving lisence. What are the options i have, can i use my Saudi driving lisence ?
How about International Driving Lisence?

Yes, you can drive on international driving license as well as saudi driving license.
According to law you should be using international driving license but no one really bothers on that unless and until you end with some fatel accident.

One of my friend who was driving on international license on motorway was given a challan ticket.He tried his level best to convince the motorway poloce but they did'nt consider.Though Pak driving license can be obtained for around 3000 Rs but i would never recommend anyone to get it this way. |

Just give it a try by keeping Saudi License but keeping few rupees too is not a good idea at all specially when intention is not correct.Have a nice time in Pakistan. |

Some are saying you can drive with saudi license and some are saying that you can drive with international license.But in my opinion you dont need any license at all.just drive the car carefully and this is enough for you. |

I do visit Pakistan of and on and drive here with my overseas license without any problem. Once I was stopped and asked for the license.I showed my overseas license and that was the end of it. I asked him what would happen in my case if I was to be challaned.I was told that in that case we would hold my I/D card and release it after payment of fine. Does that help. |
