Dear Khalid, Plz go to at least 3 reliable property dealers in your area of Islamabad and get the average min/max rates of your required plots. Mean while kindly also ask about 500 yds plot price for me as well and kindly let me know.

Dear Khalid, Current rates of I-15 ARE AS under;
25x50=8.5 lacs to 9 lacs.
30x60=11 lacs to 12.50 lacs.
rates varies for sector 1(min) & 4(max).
For raja pervez i appologise because non availability of 500 syds in I-15....! |
