Assalam-O-Alaikum,
I still miss the good old days when there used to be so many experts giving their valuable advice to the novices surfing on this site and especially the serious and not-so-serious discussions on any of the issues prevailing in Pakistan would be an integral part of our daily lives. But that is not the case any more, with the so called experts as well as the punters liking their wounds inflicted upon them by the Real estate Bust, this site seem to have run out of steam. There is a silver lining though even during these tough times that taking some wise lessons from this messy situation, they would be a bit more cautious in the next gold rush of real estate, which is not there to be had in the foreseeable future........ May Allah Bless Pakistan!!! |
