Dear without looking at your picturesque house, i can offer you 17 (cost of land)+ 900 x 3000 (Construction Cost) + 5 (Profit and shortcomings) = 49 lakh which is per prevailing market rates. What do you think?

Dear all

I really feel proud of Pakistanis who manage to maintain their sense of humor in all circumstances...an obvious example is the responses of AB, RJ and CD which are not offensive at all, but have very respectful sense of humor....I am sure Mr. Raja Amer will not have any hard feelings about it too....dear all, lets maintain this spirit of living happily but without hurting any one....
