Dear MM in AWT rate of 01 marla is 5 to 6 lac.500 yards fom 9 to 11 lac.1000 yards 13 to 19 lac.3 houses are underconstruction.

10 marla plot in D-18 is from 7.50 to 8 lac.
Daer Amer Abassi: construction of houses in Block A<J<and k is best.it is 17 kilometer from F-10 and approx time 20 minits. |

I am outside Pak and wanted to invest my money and baught a 10 Marla plot in this scheme about 3 years ago for 10 Lakhs, sold to me by a very humble looking dealer and who was very polite. Now I know why people hate dealers.
He told that it was the cheapest plot possible at the time and I had got a very good deal.
Dealers like him have given a bad name to this profession. |
