Eden value home located at Thokar niaz baig , I have booked it almost 18 months ago. Total price of the house is 3,200,000/- out of which 6 installments has been paid. Buyer have to pay just those installments, and the rest will be paid by the buyer. Posession is due in 12 months time.
Construction is like all eden projects, and A class

Eden all previous projects like eden cottages, eden avenue etc etc have been outstanding BUT these new projects Eden gardens, Abad, Luxury homes are dodgy, so any one buying should do the survey before buying, I personally dont support Eden's new projects but their past record is excellent ! |
