I am planning tgo start a house in Multan Road area in lahore. I am looking for a reliable termite treating agency who could help me in this. In fact I know nothing about termite treatment.Will experts like CMY and others who are building their houses , please throw some light and share their experience on this aspect, both for foundation work and Doors and Chowkhat as I intend using wooden Chowkhats.

Saqib sahib after lot of research in this area I found out the best termite protection is provided by "FMC" . Well managed and very large company. Don't go for cheap price. Go for best quality because termite is a major headache and could cost you many lacs if proper treatment is not done. Three treatments are needed. One after digging of bases and basement. Second after bases are made and third just before floor concrete is done.
It is recommended that you don use Dayyar/Ashe for Chowkhats. Try using spali wood. Spali has more protection from termites.
