Can anybody let me know the fate of Suigas ph2 society? any developments or updates?

I have a plot in Sui GAs 2. Bought it in peak of property boom in Feb 2005 at 15.50 lac. then paid 5 la cin developmental charges for three years. SO total cost is 20.50lac. currently, its price is around 9.5 lacs.

I have visited the society in Feb 09. Main road is being prepared. Otherwise there is no major development done. There was one or two poles of WAPDA.

I think, it will take another 5 years at least, that people will start making houses in SUi GAs 2.

Sui Gas phase 2 is having development work at very large scale. Most water tanks and roads without final black top are now complete.
It will take about 1 to 2 years for development work to be completed.
