rate in E-16 500 yards 14 to 17 all dues clear according to location.and in E-17 12.50 to 14 lac.all dues clear. |

you'll get a plot or file with all dues clear because 15 may is the last date annouced by CDECHS to deposit last installment of development charges. they have ballot date to announce in june. E-16 is better investment wise because its right on gt road. no other option in this price. |
