Is B-17 a good investement or not and why?

B-17 is very far-off from Islamabad almost touching Taxila. While facing west, B-17 is on the left of GT road. If you see the site, you'd definitely like it but the only problem, I see is its far-flung location. .

It is not so far. Society wikk give possession in june. I think it is good investment as well as good and reputed society.

not in june my friend. i went to see my plot just last month. its impossible or dont even think about it. they have only block A and nothing but block A which is close to mountain and crushers. all other sector from B, C, D, E all blocks are just barren land and not a single road.
they have mud all over the place. i am worndering how would someone build houses on such mud. location is bit far but due to margalla avenue after 3 to 5 years, they will have a good return but for now only sector which is near to possession is e-16/17. coming one or two months are really good for investment.

B-17 is a bad sector of CDA becuse it is not liveable.if you see the taxile side mountains,there are 350 crush machines are working only 1/2 likometer from B-17 ,all time you will suffer from dust and polution.when wind blow from taxila to islamabad,you can,nt breath.so it is not good for living.
