Construction has started in Sector C, this is because of the commencement of the medical college and the building of the new Villas in Gulmehar block. These villas are now taking shape and are visible from the Main Boulevard. I think they might be marketed in a couple of months.

There are 5 houses under construction in Jasmine block now. The Comm area is very beautiful, now they have made all the parks on the entrance and also in front of the 8 marla Comm plots Houses have also started in the Overseas block. There is a lot of population in BT now, people are coming and going all the time, 2 years ago the place looked deserted but not now. The rates of Sector C have also improved.

Ejaz sahib Tulip is almost ready, its golf course is completed. I don't know why Bahria Town is delaying its possession.

also if you can update me the rate of 10 Marla in Overseas block?

11-16 lac for Jasmine without development charges and 14-20 lac for the overseas all dues clear.

what would be price range for 1 kanal plots in developed sectors (like Jasmine and Gulbahar). Also is there any construction going on in Gulbahar as well.

25-35 lac with out development charges. There are close to 20 houses under construction in Gulbahar and about 7 finished, with people living in them.
