Dear CMY/Any Brother,
I need to know prices of DHA 7, Lahore for 500 yards plot.
I am thinking to buy a plot DHA 7 and construct my home.I need the location ready for construction.
Therefore I request Mr. CMY or any brother to give me the following information,
1. What are the price range?
2. What blocks are considered good locations?
3. Which blocks are ready for construction?

price rang is from 32 to 45 lacks, best location is P block , it is near to phase 7. call me for free advice or mail me mob

Naveed haider, phase 7 is still not handed over, but development is going on fast pace. I think few Blocks will be handed over in 1 year time and full phase will take at least 3 years from now to complete Hand over.
First 3 Block which will be possibly be handed over are P, 1/2 of Q abd S Blocks,Including Q Commercial I think they will be handed over till june 2010. T,U X Y Z will be handed over even later. This analysis is based upon on ground work, I have no contacts in DHA office. You are requested to see the development status of Block before purchase. FWO wokers over there are usually very coperative.
Most of delay is handing over is because of litigation and clearence of Pockets.

Any one Knows what is development in W and V Block which were rated very high intially due to vacinity of Golf Park.
I think R Block too will be handed over earlier but main issue is a small in that Block which is not yet settled if will stay of be demolished |

All my friends,
DHA-7 ( P) block is better than other for early construction .
This block is better than (DHA-6).I have been there twice. Any one of you want to buy the plot in Phase -7 go for "P' block.
I am also planning to buy one plot there during my tour in pakistan in june ( Inshahallah) |
