Dear Amir,
In DHAI II plot size is one kanal and 10 marlas only. Some plots have extra land where construction is not allowed by DHA. It can be included inside the boundary wall by paying a nominal per square yard fee to DHA to get that land. It can be used to add a green lawn, extra parking, a shed etc. |
