Dear CMY Bhai and other respected experts from Lahore.I Would like to know the current prevailing rate of 1 kanal house in E Block , Dha phase 5.
Please mention the price range as i recently told by a dealer from lahore that Price range in E block starts from minuimum 210-275 lacs.
He even gave me the referemce of two houses 26 E SOLD @ 270 LACS and 70 E sold @ 245 lacs.
Would u people agree with the above mentioned information as provided by the dealer or its just a mere exagration.

This is an exaggeration unless these are 2 kanal houses. What i know, based on my Feb 09 visit to Lahore. the 1 kanal phouse procies are around 190 L - 230 L in pahse 5, block E |
