I am interested in E-18 (Gulshan-e-Sehat), Islamabad.
can CMY or any other person kindly tell the following information:

1. What is reputation of this society
2. As per society statment, they have applied for NOC, how to confirm it
3. what is the price range of 30 x 60 plot in phase-1 of this society.
4. Does this society is included in CDA Plan. As per CDA's site map it is outside the boundry of Islamabad but as per property dealder it is within Islamabad.

Mr waseem society has very good location but have no direct way,after permission from cabnit division society ,they can get the way.it is true that they applied for NOC.price of 30*60 in phase one is from 6 to 7 lac.this is not in CDA but in future it will be in CDA because motorway will be the boundry.

You have said that E-18 in not currently included in CDA. Then to whom the society have applied for NOC: District Attock Administration or TMA Fateh Jang.

A-17,B-17,B-18,C-17,D-17,E-16,E-17 ,F-15,F-16.F-17,G-15,G-16,G-17 Sectors are in Zone-II Islamabad others societies are just using name of Islamabad. In future after legislation some more area is expected to be included in Islamabad.U may prefer society having land possession.

I have come to know that ministry of defense has asked TMA Fateh Jang and District Attock Administration not to give NOC to about 10-12 societies which are near Atomic Energy and New Islamabad Airport. Is it true or rumor.

I m interested to buy a plot in Gulshan-e-Sehat E-18 Islamabad. I have seen CDA website with Gulshan-e-Sehat as included in its list of societies but NOC is still pending. Please guide me about current status of this society.
