Is selling of these files subject to the availability of buyers or can be sold immediately as and when you bring them up in the market?

DHA 8 proper and DHA 9-10 files can be BOUGHT and SOLD within 30 minutes. But BUYING and SELLING in Parkview kanal or 10 marla and especially DHA 5 extension could take few days to complete the deal.

Its easy to find buyer sellers of DHA 8 proper and DHA 9-10 but very difficult to find a BUYER OR SELLER in DHA 5 ext or Parkview files.

Lahore Real Estate completes most of buying selling deals within hours in 90% cases. You get best possible price and best possible service because we are here to make long term business relationship. Most people in this field deal in every thing in Lahore Karachi Islamabad or Gwadar but in reality they don't know basics of what they dealing. What is your recommendation / analysis regarding buying of file in DHA 9-10, DHA 8 proper or Bahria Orchaid.

DHA 9-10 is expected when to be ready for possession / construction, I can wait for 5-6years.

Ather sahib Central Park will be ready for houses in 2-3 years. DHA 9-10 may take 5 years plus. Both are save sound investments. In both cases developers are very well respected.

Ashraf Bhai DHA 9-10 will take min 5 years. If you don't want to treat property market for very short term than I just cant find a place where I have lowest downside risk and best upside gains.

DHA 8 location is far better than DHA 9-10 BUT you need double the money too here. Time needed for DHA 8 completion could be 3 to 5 years.

I think i cudnt explain my question,
i try again here,
if some1 buy a file of dha 5 or 6---
a-is it possible to find 1
b-does the dha has land against these files
c-when will be ballotting
d-development charges for phase 5 n 6
e-is there any specific part of these phases for these files(boundary etc) or theres any chance to get a plot in any good location?
