I think i cudnt explain my question,
i try again here,
if some1 buy a file of dha 5 or 6---
a-is it possible to find 1
b-does the dha has land against these files
c-when will be ballotting
d-development charges for phase 5 n 6
e-is there any specific part of these phases for these files(boundary etc) or theres any chance to get a plot in any good location?

A) Its not possible to get a file in DHA 5 and DHA 6 without land. Only military quota files are issued without land. Even those are not issued until all needed land is in hands of DHA.
B) Yes DHA have land for each file issued by DHA. Parkview files issued by past admin of Parkview didn't get issued against land at the time they were issued. But now DHA Lahore promises to give you kanal plot against each one kanal file. This was decided in merger of Park view and DHA Lahore.
C) I have no clue about it. 100 people tell you 100 difrent dates.
D) Currently DHA 5 have 9.5 lacs as dvelopment charges and DHA 6 have 9 lacs as development charges. DHA 8 current development charges are 11 lacs.
E) Most files in DHA 5 and DHA 6 will be at or near boundary. This is my personal opinion. Officialy you are told you have chance to get plot any when in DHA 6 and in DHA 5 in L K G B new area plots for DHA 5 proper files. Fate of M block or DHA 5 ext is not clear to me.
DHA 5 ext could be in area under A and J block of DHA across ring road. It could be merged in DHA 6 or DHA 9-10. These are the words of many holders and dealers but no one know for sure where it will be or when its ballot is going to be held. If you have a file in DHA 5 ext or thnking to buy one there than you must check on your own from DHA Lahore. |
