Balloting and Development Status,

Does anyone has any idea, regarding the balloting and Development Status for 1 Kanal plots in Khyaban-e-Ameen. Can anyone share info for the following,

What is the price range for 1 kanal plot?
When balloting is going to be held?
What is status of development?

Naveed sahib i was in khyaban-e-Ameen two weeks ago and i found this place pretty developed.I saw a lot of houses being built and someone told me owners of this society are building those houses.Most of the main roads are already developed. The rate of one kanal file is in the range of 10 lac to 10.25 lac i guess.There were conflictig stories about balloting so i can't say when balloting will be held.

I visited 2 n half year ago, it was developed at that time as well, i visited some months ago it was still developed, but main problem is they are not doing balliton. Last time they said bolliton in oct 2008, now they are saying in july 2009, let see. But yes prices are pretty reasonable as compare to its location. Also society is pretty good.

It is also a strange area. They have Land they have made beautiful main Bluvard but there is no Ballot. They also made houses and Sold them very Cheap Like 15 to 17 for 5 Merla.
Big Questions are
when will be Ballot??
and what will be development charges?? [last one is Trip Ka Patta in the hand of owners]. People say development charges should be 6 Lac but this amount can be 20 Lac as well.
Insiders tell most of the Land is still in Hands of Owner ie Not sold, who did not sell when Market was booming. He Sold some Files during Boom and spent some money on development. The Plan to make Cheap houses was also to improve the worth of Land. But as market is not responding to any stimulus. So things will stay like this for a while. Still owner has not made his mind how many 10 Merla and how many Kanal plots will be there in this society. Niether it is approved by LDA
