DHA 8 proper and DHA 9-10 files can be BOUGHT and SOLD within 30 minutes. But BUYING and SELLING in Parkview kanal or 10 marla and especially DHA 5 extension could take few days to complete the deal.
Its easy to find buyer sellers of DHA 8 proper and DHA 9-10 but very difficult to find a BUYER OR SELLER in DHA 5 ext or Parkview files.
Q. What is DHA-8 Proper & DHA-parkview. and why people buy and sell more in proper?Is DHA-8 Parkview locatiion will be not good or profitable in future? You mention the price of Parkview DHA8 10 marla allocation file but is there any 10 marla plots in DHA-8 proper. Are these plots are in form of files in DHA-8 proper or in forms of plot? If in form of file then how much this file cost?

DHA 8 Proper and Park view Files futurs is based upoon speculations. No one knows where Park view File holders will get Land and when. People use connection to get news from DHA office and later Spread news to get their Benefit.
In my opinion these Phases will hang till market recovers significantly. DHA has problems in getting more land. People have little interest to get Files agianst their Land [as files are down to earth] so thing will continue like this for a while untill phase 6 is bit populated and phase 7 Comletly handed over. Then due to Population demand and price of Phase 8 may increase.
But till that time DHA will keep its defacto control of DHA 8 area so that owners my not make their own private housing society.
in short DHA has not acquied sufficient Land to make Full phase. |

No file is issued/made in DHA Lahore until all land against that file is properly transfered in DHA Lahore name via registry. In short a file only issued against the land. No land no file. Only DHA 8 Parkview files were issued/honered during merger (without land takeover).
DHA proper have greater chance to in area from Parkview and Air Avenue to DHA Lahore phase 6.
DHA Parkview have MINOR chance to go in area across Berki road. 90 % chance is it will fall in DHa 8 proper area. 10% chance it will be across Berki road. Only Allah and DHA knows fate of DHA 8 proper and DHA Parkview files. To get straight clear answer you must call or visit DHA Lahore office. Price is different due to non clarity of where Parkview files will be located.
