Does this 19.80 include all charges to get parkview 10 marla or we have to arrange some more money to pay other charges....means is 19.80 is final to have a file for 10 marla in park view. |

Yes I gave you rate for 10 marla DHA 8 Parkview file that is issued by DHA Lahore and is issued against the land. |

Let me make it more clear. There is nothing proper or improper in DHA 8 file. I started to use term DHA 8 proper for files that are issued against the land. Term proper is not written anywhere on allocation letter give to you by DHA Lahore.
In DHA Lahore Phase 8 all files that were issued by past admin of Parkview now a promise by DHA that those file will get a kanal plot for kanal file. We call these files DHA 8 Park view DHA 8 Allocation files (2 kanal or 1 kanal and 10 marla files). You could actually call these DHA 8 extension files too.
All files that are issued against the land and by DHA Lahore only from day one are called proper DHA 8 files. They come only in 1 kanal. Some files of 10 marla are also issued by DHA Lahore against land that falls inside Parkview. You could call it DHA 8 proper 10 marla files because fact is they are issued not against a promise but against the land. You could also call them DHA 8 10 marla Parkview file issued by DHA after merger.
Term proper is used by me only to make clear the difference between two files.
Many people are more comfortable with DHA files that are issued against land. Both DHA 8 park view and DHA proper have same allocation letter and in this letter DHA promise to give you plot after ballot and in DHA 8 Lahore. But rate difference is still there because MOST PEOPLE trust more to files issued by DHA Lahore from day one. They are afraid to buy DHA 8 Parkview files because they fear there could be a scandal or trouble in Parkview past admin issued only files. Also DHA 8 files have a clear location and DHA 8 Parkview land location is not 100% clear yet. So for peace of mind people pay more for DHA 8 proper files.
