You are well known thru this site and because of your genuine and practical advises to the peoples who lives abroad but want to have a house in Pakistan, I m also looking your advice on below, thanks in advance a have a happy day.
I have a plot in Bahria PH 7 ISB plot no 675 going to sell it in 16 lax do you thinks it’s a reasonable price???
At the same time I have a plot in I-16/3 plot no. 26 of 30x60 corner also want to sell it should I sell it or wait for some time what is the current price for that any idea please ????
After selling above plots, I m interested in a 500 sq yards plot in PH 4 of bahria town ISB or can you advise which is the best place to live safe n secure.
Sorry for many question but what should to do you are the one who knows a lot about every sector and current market,
I m also having a commercial plot of 4 marla in bahria phase 7 corner 2 side open should I keep it sell it I bought it 32 lax, any idea bout the current market???

I cant comment about what u asked. But i have noticed one thing thaty all your invesmtents mentioned abouve is in Bahria town. It is advised not to invest too much in one society / managed by one Group as if soemthing goes wrong, all your invesmtent would be at stake.

I came to know that u have a investment in bahria Town Rawlpindi & in I-16.
This is my experince & observation that you should invest your mony in those sectors or anything else like Stock Market ,Trading, you should be very careful and purchase that thing that is at minimum rate than others not that which is on its maximum.that thing which is on maximum it will give you minimum profit and that thing which is also on minimum and hope to be rising wid the running market it will give you the maximum profit.
In short, purchse , invest on those which gives you valuable profit.
Invest your money in Islamabad.like CDA a solid thing no doubt and no fear about it.
I-16 is better but not than E-12 ,D-12 .G-13 ,G-14 , I-14
draw your investment from Bharia and take a good chance in Islamabad property which i have mentioned above.
if u want to sell or buy some then give me chance to comfort you Inshallah.

First mind your language and second I m not trying to make you fool coz I don’t interfere in what already made by Allah ok, second you want me to accept your advise why ?? You mean I should accept it without knowing what is good and what is best, let me ask others as well and let me decide.
You seems professional property dealer who are just looking their interest that’s all, there are so many peoples here on this site who are giving a real good advice and surely I will go after what suites me.
Mashwira/advise doesn’t mean you must have to accept it, it is a sunnah that’s why I did it and I m sure I will get best advise from so many peoples, anyways thanks for the comments I was supposing to give you a call and finalize the plot 1300 of bahria phase 4, but after your comments I m not going to buy a plot thru you at least.

You are right Mr. Aijaz peoples searches many shops to buy a pair of shoes and this gentlemen giving advice and trying to push you to go a head as per his advice its typical broker mentality, I think he didn’t read the actual message above.
Property dealers sitting in air conditioned room can not realize how tough is living and working in desert in 52 C, and they just want to grab their money using some soft words and if you asks them few questions they becomes arrogant. It’s my personal experience.
