can someone please give some information regarding E17, 1 kanal file price. And is it better to sell the file or should i sell the plot after balloting?

its time to buy file. people are buying it. wait till june they have balloting. i am sure you wont sell your plot because possession is in december. just 100 meter next to e-17 is d-17 where kanal plot is arround 30 to 40 lac. |

by the way, you'll be fined with surcharge of 10 % every month if you do not pay development charges till 15 th may. |
