Dear all, Can anyone of you let me know that i have a plot in Bahria Town Sector C - Gulsheen Block. I had paid 8 installements for it till now. I want to know if my plot is shifted in bahria orchard ? Secondly if its shifted how much else i have to pay for it ? and what amount can i get if i want to sale it on the same 8 installements paid status.
I am, in urgent need of selling it. Please provide your feedback and prices. Highly obliged.

Thanks for your time. i have called there and for once a lady said that its not shifted but wasnt confirmed. then i called site office and they said that yes its there in the bahria orchard. now can you let me know what price can i get for an 8 paid file. Reason is that i am, in need of some urgent money so want to actually get my paid. can you tell me whats the best price that i can get for this plot file.

Thing do not go like this. You must have written confirmation from the Society office. Rumors can not be basis. Please confirm with Society by visiting and asking them to issue you proper leter in this regards. |

Sheraz Sahib! Thanks for taking my suggestion positively. It is not possible to give you correct idea unless the fate of your plot is clear. It is just to give you an idea that you should expect about Rs.250,000/= LESS whatever is paid to Bahria Town if it is shifted to Bahria Orchard. And its worth in the market will be Rs.200,000/= Lac if it is an "existing" plot in Sector C developed block. Almost same amount you may expect from Bahria Town office if you apply for refund.
