Hello CMY sb and brothers,
I purchased a 1 kanal plot in DHA6-B in 2006. I hear from CMY sb that we are now allowed to build there. I dont think I will be coming back to Pakistan for atleast another 5 years, are there any DHA protocol I need to follow?
i.e. yearly fees? Must build by MM/DD/YYYY? Must do something to obtain possession etc..

Dear friend you will pay security charges each month starting from possession announcement day. You must build a house within 3 years from possession day. security charges and non construction penalty are very minor and runs just a few thousands per year. I need some time to give you exact amounts needed for maintenance fees and and non construction penalty. |
