Keeping in view development of Phase 6, I feel in future it will be a better living place than Phase 5.

I am myself neither a resident of ph.5 nor of ph.6 but in my opinion as a civil engineer,ph 5 seems to be better of the two due to its better planning & better location.It is well connected with the existing more populated phases & equally well connected with the future phases 6 to 10. It is rather a buffer between the two zones i.e 1 to 4 on one side & 6 to 10 on the other. |

The planning and development of phase 6 is far superior.(wide open roads etc.malaysian golf course) With the realignment of the lahore ring road (burki road will now become a part of ring road )which will now go around phases 6 and 7 I think phase 6 is far superior to phase 5 ! |

barki road will be part of ring road? from where you get this information by the way? it cannot be like this as then there will be "many rings" for one ring road.
Only way Phase-6 will be connected to ring road will be through Phase-8 |

Wait for about one and a half year and you will find a bulk of residents of phase 1-4 will prefer to shift to phase 6. The layout and the road infrastructure is 50 times better than the existing phases where on every corner you are stuck up and get hypertensed. It will be a dream to live in 6 since it has a very wide approach through commercial broadway, specially sectors located near to broadway. The area around Golf course will get populated very quickly. |

there is no doubt that Phase 6 PLanning is excellent and way better then other phases .... BUT DO KEEP IN MIND THE LOCATION WHICH IS VERY IMP... phase 5 location is excellent... phase 6 and 7 are gettin far... no matter how much u say everythin will be in phase 6 in future but u have to goto gulberg and though phase 6 and phase 5 are not dat apart but phase 5 is well widin reach of Y block H block markets and for futre widin range of golf course.. i think phase 6 far. and phase 5 is better and its not bad either then development and roads infrastructre is better then 1-4 phases in phase 5.
ill go for 5 definately |
