Even If we assume for a second that Taliban are butchering people in the name of Islam then the following question s arise on whose name PAK Army killing its own population ?

Q-1: On whose name Pak Army killing its own
population ?

Q-2: Do you mean after killing fake muslims that is
(Talibans), will the Pak Army help to implement
Sharia Law in Pakistan after wards ?

Q-3: All the political parties which are now whole
heartedly sitting on the band vagen to kill
Talibans and terrerists, will they help to
implement Sharia Law in Pakistan after wards ?

Q-4: All the people who are for killing the
terrorist and Talibans, will they help to
implement Sharia Law in Pakistan ?

1- Pakistan army is killing Taliban in the name of people of Pakistan who elected Zardari and Nawaz Sharif!
2- Implementing constitution is not the job of Pakistan army. Any how Taliban sharia is very similar to hindu law, where women are burned alive. No known Islamic scholar endorse hinduism in the name of sharia.
3- Our political leaders are on pay role of RAW, any thing can be expected from them.
4- Who are those people?????

I can list 100's version of Sharia here and every one will be different. Religion has been use as tool to control ppl who have no knowledge about religion.

There is NO complusion in Religion, Humans are created with free will and you can't impose your thoughts on anyone. Let ppl live, its b/w you and ALLAH. Wake up and contemplate.

Excuse me! Pak Army is not killing its own population. We, people of Pakistan, are trying to protect ourselves from a suicidal ahmaq cult, who doesn't know to live and let live. Despite very hard efforts to peacefully co-live they have shown they aren't this breed. They took peace attempts as weakness and in their nasha of supposed victory they have shown their true colors.

They have defamed our religion and our country. They have destabilized our country to the point of collapse where foreign forces are lobbying hard to "secure" our nuclear weapons. You know how they managed to reach at this point, dont you? These ahmaqs received support from foreign forces and started cutting the same branch they were sitting upon.

If you want your preferred version of sharia law, then there is a social process for that. That is, convince people, get votes and get your sharia law. But if you try to impose your obsession on us by guns, then don't pretend to be shocked if we protect ourselves by guns.

Answer to Q1.
Your question is incorrect since you do not know that Pakistan Army is not killing its own people. Pakistan army is busy in cleansing the NAPAK people in other words the ENEMIES of pakistan who call themselves Taliban. If these "SO CALLED" taliban why they are hiding their faces like the dacoits and criminals, by now every one konws their true faces. These Talisbans are not Muslims , they are worse than JEWS and KAFIRS because they want to damage Pakistan and Pakistan Army is making sure Taliban are wiped from Pakistan.
Answer to Q2.
It is not the duty of Pakistan Army to implement any shariat or Islamic law in the country, Their duty is to protect and safeguard the sovournity of the country. mostly your questions are irrevalent.
Answer to Q3.
Why are you concerned about the sharia Law, Pakistan has its own constitution, if you are educated you would have known quite well that we need not to change the Islamic constitution of Pakistan. Educate yourself before asking arrogant questions.
Answer to Q4.
I am against the enemies of Pakistan, where ever they are no matter what faith or religion they observe, I would love to see them dead, Pakistan does not need another sharia law, as the Ismlamic constitution is already there.

Those People are stupid and ignorant who think sharia can be implemented by an exective order. There are inunmerable versions of Sharia. To bring it into legislation is big task. Instead of Fighting, people with different opinion should sit together and make a legislation. For that they need tolerance and knowledge. After making legislation they should try to get Public support. And afterwards with the clear leadership and agenda that Law can be implemented in pakistan and no one will Object.
But keep in mind such a law may change nothing in Pakistan as Pakistan's current law is only 20% implemented. See the example of Iran where situation is worst after so Called Islamic Law. See how the recent Clause of Qasas and Deeat is being exploited, at gun point the murderers are being forgiven. At least a layman like me know 3 examples in my contacts.

If you get time then go to any refugee camp and ask anyone, whether Pakistani Army is killing local people or not. Also you guyz will get idea that how much hater against army is been raised in those people.

Of course when the operation will end (most of the people think it wont), the national anthem from Swat 's school will be removed, like it happen in baluchistan. People will be living silently, just waiting for the opportunity to breaking revolution like it is happening in Baluchistan.

1st i should laugh on your criteria to be call as worst then Jews or Kafirs i.e. "because they want to damage Pakistan". Btw is there any hadith or quran on the back of your fatwa?

But i do agree these guyz are not to be called as muslim, get money & weapons from CIA etc. Since, according to a hadith, muslim is a one, whose muslim neibour is safe from his hands, and mouth. & they have launch suicide attacks around the country where around 2000 of innocent muslims got killed.

Also Azhar, u should also learn some islamic studies so you can find that Pakistani Constitution is not Islamic. Since it is not following many Islamic laws from Quran & Hadith. btw i am double masters and studied both laws (Pakistani as well as Shariah).
