Is it true that FAZAIA has imposed additional development charges? If yes, how much more? I own a plot in FAZAIA Lahore, but I have not received any notice in this regard.

Yes, it is true. For 500 sqyd plots the charges are Rs.125000. This can be paid lump sum or in three installments. If you dont pay they will charge 14% penalty. |

Adeel bhai, thank you for the response. When is the first installment due date, and is it quarterly installments? Also do we need to deposit the same amount (Rs.125000) whether we lump sum or in installments or lump sum payment gets some discount? Thanks, |

First inst on 30th june,20009, 2nd inst on 31dec and last on 30 june,2010.@ 42000+42000+41000 = 125000/=. Possesion for construction jan,2010. |
