Your demand is too high. Lahore Real Estate is offering same file for sale at just 28.75 lacs.

Nazeer sahib I just wanted to help you by telling you current market demand rate is just 28.75 lacs. we could sell this file to you or any one else a this rate. You can even demand 45 lacs and no one could stop you BUT you will not get any serious offers with such high demand price of 4 to 5 lacs above going market rate. Buyers dont care what rate you paid in past. Some sellers paid less than 15 lacs for same files in past.


Please note there was a time when some one was able to fool others by posting very high demand prices and keep posting it on web until some one some where would fall in trap and buy still at high price but little lower than much higher demand price. But now people are much more educated and do a lot of research before buying/selling.

Some people do not realize the fact that LRE Administration is doing a great help to people, especially expatriate Pakistanis for running and maintaining this forum (not to mention free of cost). And they behave as if LRE owe them this job.

This is the perfect example how people are loosing money in Pakistan real estate . There is one golden rule in investemnt never buy anything at high price. but in Pakistan people even bought dha 7 files for 75 lacs just file not the plot . we have seen what happened in usa market followed by dubai ..... once I have time I am going to write a detail article why prices did not crash in Pakistan while the prices did crash everyware ... There is no future of real estate in Pakistan in usa prices are back to levels and soon in Pakistan you will be able to buy plots at price level

i thought the golden rule in real estate was "location, location, location".

What is down today will be up in a few years. I believe Park view is a goood location in the long run.
