i am wondering on views of this civilian N deal offered by France...if its true then power shortage problem would be solved and growth rate will revive...thereby seeing recovery in realestate as well.

but first of all...is this true or this is still in the air thing? because there are mixed messages...sometimes they talk about considering all options on pakistan's nukes...i hope i am not violating the non-realestate policy....this topic does relate to real-estate indirectly....

There is no Agreement or deal yet, just hints (read whole news, since title seems to be miss fit). But again, it will take around 3-4 yrs just to complete single Power plant, and Normally pakistan's need is growing 1500+ MW/yr, so practically there is no sign of removing loadshadding.

Also, practically, it is not going to effect real estate in any means, but pakistani realestate, kse etc works on news so who knows.

Pakistan should look into a very simple but effective nuclear reactor design called ‘pebble bed reactor’.

China has chosen this reactor design for most of coming projects.

This is exactly what is known as "to make a mountain from the mole". Is this what our polticians are good at?how many stooges did accompany the chief to that foreign troop? Every one is aware of three stooges but in relation to Pakistan's political legacy, the number of three stooges needs to be greatly increased. May God Almighty have mercy on Pakistan.
