Sorry i misunderstood.

Silicon project? whats that? u mean IT Tower, Gulberg? If yes, it is way behind the time line, because the work was stopped for a while (i guess they too concern about recession), but started with the delay of 6 months. But its pretty slow, Let see....

I personally never have any interaction with them, but I think they are a bit more credible then bharia town owner

Good to see you commenting on property matters in contrast to mostly anti Pakistan bragging.
Unfortunately, you’re out of proportion reaction to a simple question, hints that you are desperately trying to look a property enthusiast rather than one of RAW’s propaganda stooge.
All those links that you have provided and much more can be found by simple web search.
If you have some information about ground realities than please, do share with us!
Tell us about the development work, number of homes being built, facilities, security, real market value etc. etc.
Other wise just keep bashing Pakistan army.

could u pls let me know about ;zarina shoping mall:in liberty lahore what about its progress and its scope ,actuuly i am residing in kuwait ,3 years befor i bought a shop in that complex but yet the complex not completed...if u have any infermaton about ,pls write to me i would be thankful to u...

I kept two plots of 10 merla for six years and later sold in Sadab Colony. Society did not ask any extra money or charges. All they said your plots are with clear dues which were paid long long time before I purchased them.

Although I did have some confrontation with Waqar Latif in recent past, but in my opinion, he is patriotic and a good muslim (better than me)...so dear YOURkhudaHafiz, plz show some respect for some one who at least shared some info even though it is available on google.

I think central Park is a flop society, they are advertising a lot that does not mean its doing good, so many years have past since the launch of this society but no good progress because there were not much buyer interested to live her or to invest. Urban Developer though have good projects under their belt but still you have to be careful with them as there have been many cases where they have not returned the money.
Location and the surrounding area is the biggest problem here plus Urban Developer is also not a credible name for me
