I have a plot in Valencia? What would be the construction cost, which include material, labour, design, geotechnical investigation, and approval from relevant authorities?

Can you please provide range of rates, and material to be used?
It would be even beneficial, if you can provide some kind of specs for review/decision making.

Could you please give an estimate of the following construction?

1. Boundry wall of 10 marla plot with a good quality main gate.

2. Single storey construction with 3 bedroom with attached baths - good quality tiles and other fittings.

3. Big size kitchen with a small store

4. TV lounge etc

Appx 1.5 million rupees with good quality local finishing material construction. and 1.95 for imported A+ work for single story
