Dear Shadab lover would you share with us the development status and stabdard of Shadab Colony and how fair and Transparent is Tansfer of these plots with Ahbab developers

I sold the plots due to main entrance was not so good. Its almost .75 KM small road to reach its main gate. That time double road was not built and the area was so dusty.

During my visit last year I saw that houses already built in A block. I remember my both plots were in :A: block. I bought the plots in re-sale at 2 lac each. and sold at 6.50 lac each. after holding of five or six years.

The seller was here in Saudi Arabia. We went to Ahbab office. and transfer was made during half and hour with nominal transfer fees.

Same thing happened when I sold. Just visited the office after so many years and surprise to know that no charges were due during these years. They said your plots are clear. Purchaser paid the nominal transfer fees and it was done within half and hour again.

As far as know I was paying every-year a handsome amount to maintain my other plot in Muslim Nager opposite to AWT 2 society.

SADAB colony comes under Ahbab Developers. A middle class society with normal facilities but with clean deals.

(Its only memory which I shared with you).

I was just surfing the google to find the infomration about Gulshan-e-Ahbab opposite to Pak Arab, Lahore. And i found this discussion forum. I have a 1 kanal plot in Gulshan-e-Ahbab available with me from last few years. I am only keeping it for investment sake. Can anybody guide me should i retain it for some time if there is going to be increase in per marla price after Gas connection gets available here as told by developers, and the proposed Ring road gets constructed just outside the colony or i should sell it right now?
