I am planning to develop a small size (8 to 16 marla) commerical plaza in either Bahria Town sector C or DHA bradway.
What are the current prices in those area.

Bahria Town Lahore Sector C 8 marla Commercial are selling from 46 to 50 lacs. DHA Lahore Phase 8 Broadway 8 marla commercial are going from 1.4 to 3.25 crores. Corners do cost more. |
