If you goto them 10 times they will not listen to you,I dont know they will respond to call, Any how Location is near B Block of Johar Town, If you it is on the main road which leads from Showk Chowk to Shoukat khanam Hospital.
I think LDA office is even worst than Patwar Khana Business
