pls clearify if you know
1.what is the difference between dha valley and dha overseas valley only money difference or location ?
2.is Total cost including the development charges ?
3.until when u can keep open file,open.
4.What are the future prospects of dha valley islamabad.

Reply point-1 Both are difference by money and location.
Reply point-3 File can open after paying 6 Installment and membership charges.
Reply point - 4 Future is not bad and it is mostly up to "GOD"

1.How to get idea/Information of any of the location,
DHA valley /DHA Overseas valley.

2.Open files are available in the market with only two instalment paid,These are open from the begning or converted to open.

DHA Valley/DHA Overseas Location:
The location of DHA valley/DHA overseas is adjacent to Phase-2 extension. BTW phase-2 ext map is not out yet but you can get the idea of the location from below URL

Last year I personally visited this area, and I would say location is not bad at all. Its close to EMAAR and Bahria Overseas block.

Open File:
In DHAI world, the file is ONLY transferable after paying the 6th installment. Keep in mind that third installment is due on May 28, 2009.

If DHAI deliver the plots on-time then your investment would be pretty solid. My sixth sense is saying that this investment will take 6-7 years to mature your investment.

Regarding transfer of name is need to pay 6 instlment its ok.
But in the market open files are available,What are these file.
I have learnt by the dealer that plot owner can convert
(his name file) to open file after paying prescribed fee/charges.These open files how long you can keep as open file?
(Hop will understanableto all brothers, my english is not very good)

Regarding DHA commercial avenue islamabad it is not clear but in my opinion it is good for long term investment.But rate is high, that is why i will advice you donot take this risk.
