Kindly tell me the future of B-17 after announcement of margalla road. Please comment specially attiq raja and cmy and which block is better for long term investment

completion time of margalla avenue is very long. maybe it would be completed after 3 to 5 years time. But more importantly is that this sector is giving possession from 15th june. people from wah, texila and peshawer side can easily move to this place. it is time to think only about zone 2 even if somebody gives you negative remarks. see for your self. price is still very very low. go for B-Block B-17. or invest in E-16. both are short term as well long term. |
