bahria town plot
Can any brother guide/ help me?
i need to know the current situation regarding property prices in bahria town, lahore . i have a plot in sector b ghouri block close to number 139. could you please tell me the market price of the plot as well the prospects for bahria town in future. should i keep or sell this plot? are there buyers in bahria town? please help me as property dealers at bahria town confuse the issue by saying there are no buyers and that the plot is at the boundary and the price quoted to me was 26 lakh. do you think this was the real market price?

Brother you are sitting in Lahore so there should not be any problem to you in getting all required information.
Both the dealer and seller create confusion. If you visit (or call) three four dealers you can easily get idea of your plot's worth.
Anyhow the rate of your plot is around Rs.38 Lacs. Its just to give you an idea. Practical selling may be bit more or bit less.

the price you mentioned for 1kanal plot is not being offered by any dealer in BT. The maximum they go for is 28 Lakh. Are you sure you have the right information and are there buyers at 38 lakh? please do reply as i have asked around BT dealers and the maximum they went is 26-28lakh. i am new in lahore and i have had this plot around 9-10 years. i saved it for investment purposes. please guide in the future prospects of sector b BT. |

I have given you the rate for which you asked. If you are serious seller then you may find some buyer on bit less or bit more price if your plot has no serious problem in it. As you are in mind making process so keep researching more.
