Do not pay a single penny to any architect ..just visit dha 10 marala houses and get its complete file from DHA office after paying a little informal fee privatly to relevent employee of dha office..

Do not pay a penny ..... just steal the architect's work and pay rishwat. Nothing wrong with doing that in constructing a house where one expects to live with family and have a good long life. Perhaps, a prominenelty displayed "MAASHALLAH" plaque or a longer ayet will wash away any ill effects. |

I am really amazed at our Zehniyat. We can spend millions of rupees in constructing a house in which we have to live with our families for most of the rest of our lives but cannot pay a small amount to get professional services so that the house will be constructed properly.
Also as Rana Sb. said how can one live in a house which was constructed by stealing and paying a bribe and have piece of mind. What a great education we are giving to our children.
And yes of course putting a plaque with "Mashallah" will wash away all your sins and ill effects. My former landlord used to proudly boast how he made loads of money while working for the Auqaf Dept. which enabled him to build a Luxurious 1.5 kanal house in F11 sector Islamabad. Of course he had a huge "Mashallah" plaque carved on the face of the house. |
