I want to construct only Ground Floor at fisrt stage. If I get my plan approved for double story from DHA, will DHA allow me to shift to house with only Ground Floor completed. Kindly share your experience.

My advice will be that if you want to shift to the house with only one floor complete,get the plan approved at this stage for one storey only with a small mumty at ist floor & construct accordingly.After shifting, whenever you wish to have the upper storey, you should get the ist floor designed according to your requirements at that stage (which might be different from what they are now)& get the new plan approved as revised plan |
