Ch. Sb your rate of DHA-8 file Rs. 33.25 not reliable please consider as per market trading, I think there is no file available below Rs. 33.35 Lac. |

CK sahib I have DHA 8 proper files available for sale at 33.25 lacs. Please bring in token if you need a file.

What is the difference between Phase 5 M block and Phase 5 Extension?
This question gets asked and not answered. Before you get on my case to review past discussions, i have done that and still do not understand.
In past discussions, terms used were Phase 5 and Phase 5 Extentsion. Now the terminology is morphed to say Phase 5 Extension and Phase 5 M Block. Adding to my confusion is that at one time the explaination was that Phase 5 Extension was goign to become the new M block. Also, why 5 lac difference? |

A buyer for files max time available is 2-3 days for making final payment. For plots in some cases 3 to 4 week time is possible but for files people want payment with 1 to 3 days.
Need clafication sahib or madam DHA Lahore phase 5 M block is DHA 5 proper files. Their plots could be located in current DHA 5 area next to A and J block near HBFC or they could be next to 5 ext area that is in beween DHA 5 DHA 4 A block and State Life phase 1 and DHA 9-10.
On other hand DHA 5 ext is going to be "A BETTER" block of DHA 9-10 or you could call it a worst block of DHA 5 that will be located on other side of ring road. |
