Where I should invest this money?,

I have 15 lacs Budget and i want to invest this in Lahore. Can anyone give me a good suggestion, where i should haven to invest this money.

Also write the Plote price of different schemes of lahore in which i can invest now?

mr sherazi u can invest ur 15 lakhs in following socities
DHA 9/10 price is 14.90 lakhs + one lakhs transfer fee. total will be around 16 lakhs.
Bahria town Lahore sector c- u can get 10 marla plot in 14 to 16 lakhs.
Bahria town lahore umber block 8 marla plot can be gotten from 13 lakhs to 16 lakhs.
NFC- 2 u can get one kanal plot from 13 lakhs to 20 lakhs.
NFC-2 10 marla plot can be got from 7 lakhs to 8.50 lakhs
Jubliee town lahore u can get get 10 marla plot from 14 lakhs to 16 lakhs.
Fazia Lahore u can get plot from 13 lakhs to 15 lakhs
AWT-2 u can get 10 marla plot form 8 lakhs to 9 lakhs and one kanal plot u can get from 14 lakhs to 19 lakhs.
Izmir extention u can get five marla plot from 14 lakhs to 16 lakhs

Dear Mr. Sherazi just consider DHA and Bahria town, Anwar sahib has helped alot, very kind of him, but don't consider any other society.
Bahria Sector C plots are ready to construct whereas DHA9,10 will take 5-8 years to materialize.

Assad, does "buying ready to construct plots" mean good investment as you are recommending Bahria Sector C for that purpose.If i were on Aktaer's place, i would have opted buying two "10 marla" plots in NFC-2, preferably in Sector A or B.

Yes I think Bahria Town plots are much better investment than NFC2 files.

for my money, Sukh Chayn 10 marla at 18-20 lac is the best option. All you have to do is take a trip to the society and the decision will be easy.

Wait till june/jluy after the budget , as the prices are expected to fall further due to taxation on real estate.
