hello folks,

its the best time to increase the rates of the property as the new govt. is doing great, there is no political instability, army is not fighting against terrorists in pakistan, no bomb blasts are going on ...so sellers increase the price ... as ur property is more expensive than you think ...
lol ...
I still remember last year when this govt. was formed and these satta seller increased the prices of the plots/houses by 10 lacs... i was laughing at that point when people did this ...

**so sellers, keep holding ur property for next 5 years and u will be getting the same price as u r getting now or mite be low..HAHA

These bomb blasts destroy buildings and the lives of innocents. But they also destroy the hopes and dreams of all Pakistani children who wish for the same quality of life everyone else wishes for, but will sadly be denied the children of Pakistan.

Lahore blast - a repurcussion of ongoing military operation in Swat.We immediately need to break away with our pro american policies if this country has to be saved from collapse.Its very simple to open a pandora box of violance, but much harder to contain what comes out of it.Sadly another front in Waziristan has been opened.

Still there is time to think and say "NO" to USA to save our loving country. See Iran is living with much much more respect with "NO" to USA, why not we?? Opposition & public should stop our Govt for its more obedience to USA, everybody knows that Govt cannot say "NO" bcoz of its commitment, so better PPP should leave Govt and a national govt become into power with all political parties under the guidance and instructions from Supreme Court. This is the only way left to save our beloved country.

Sorry to say "real buyer" you are talking gibberish. Just like you a buyer, sellers too are constantly evaluating the sale potential of their property. They lower prices when the future prospects are poor and raise prices if the outlook appears brighter. If they do not sell, it just means that they have the staying power to outlast the slowdown.
Look at the stock market. For each buyer whose research shows that the stock will appreciate further, there is a seller who thinks that the stock has gone up as much as it would. Tension in the two views determines the true price.
My advice to you is to not get emotional, or sarcastic. Just wait until the pessimistic view persists, more blasts, more downward slide and there will be many sellers vying for your attention. But, then again, will that time be right for you? Will you buy? Are you sure? Wouldn't you say the prices should fall further?

"My2Cents" --> ok i admit i was sarcastic... a lil bit emotional as well .. so apologies for it...
i know the raise in price is dependent upon future prospects ... but raise in price by 10 lac in just 1/2 days is totally satta .. and the prices have come down to the same value slowly gradually over a period of 6-8 months... and now the sellers are saying remember it was high in last april now it is low... although it is the same value as it should have been or even lower...
anyhow, ofcourse i ll get wat i think is cheap for me ... i did invest in euro/usd and it is paying me for now ... but i dont trust forex dat much !!!

Please, do not think for a while that the newly born Tehrik Taliban Pakistan are Pakistanis.
RAW and BBC is spreading this rumor to confuse the world.
RAW operatives are every where in Pakistan.
They write on Pakistani forums in favor of Talibans who are slaughtering Pakistanis.
Taliban of Pakistan are regular commandos of Indian army and Afghan govt. is supporting them.

we actualy ourself are also responsible for all that what is happening.
we know taht 2% fudel ords have captured this countrey from years and years.they are leaders by generation and generation.
they put words in our mouth and we speak the language of these so called sincere democratic leaders who will just see their own pockets and bank accounts.
we ourself never think and are so jealous that we never want to give credit to the person who deserves.
this is all because we are towards decline in moral character.
and character building is the 1st step in nation building.

for example our nuclear assets for which we celebrate 28 may is not only by mian nawaz but ZB bhutto ,gen zia,gulam ishaq ,BB all deserve for that.
now we say that these taliban are gift of our 80 s policy of gen.zia.

may i ask that zia died in 88.what did next rulers from 88 to 2009.
these are 20 years.
why they did not send back these afgans if these are troublesom .
what measures they took in these years to pull them back to afghanistan.
any pressure on UNO or any thing in these 20 years so these rulers are also equally responsible.
who were the people who reversed the khalistan movement by giving list to india ,even though they were knowing that this movement is in favour of pakistan interest ???
can we ask itizaz ehsan who was interior minister at that time???

the problem is this we have revenge at top and pakistan intrest afterwards.

now we say that why taliban r being supported by local paople.
if you will not give justice to them .
will displace them and will bann their entery in sindh,then what u axpect from swat people.

this is your in capability that you were un able to take work from these taliban for the benefit of pakistan while the same taliban were used for pakistan in 80 s and in mid 90s.

I really start thinking sometimes, why should i think for this country, when this country don't thinks for me. Birth shouldn't be the only reason for me, when this country can't give me, Islamic Laws, justice, life standard,fair trade etc. Why should I even care whether taliban will take over, or india will take over or USA will take over.

I know now everyone will come and start criticizing me, or calling me an anti-pakistan, what ever, i don't care. Can you guyz answer my objections?
