Change in Location of Block Z Phase 7,

Dear CMY,

I have seen in the map given below of new mater plan of ring road that Block Z of Phase 7 has not been show.

I want to find out if Block Z has been shifted below Block T & U.

My second question is that how change of ring road would effcet the prices of phase 7 specially lower blocks like T, Q, U, Y & X.
